Why can’t I log into RenWeb and does it have server issues often?

I’ve been trying to log in to RenWeb to check grades and assignments, but I keep getting a timeout error or a message saying my credentials are invalid, even though I’m entering the correct login information. It was working fine last week, so I’m not sure what changed.

Could this be related to school-side server maintenance, password synchronization issues, or browser compatibility? If anyone else has experienced RenWeb login problems recently, what worked for you to fix the issue?

RenWeb login issues may be caused by incorrect credentials, a wrong district code, browser cache, or temporary server outages. It doesn’t appear to have frequent outages, though occasional disruptions do happen.
Try this: Log in through the current FACTS Family Portal, clear your browser cache, and verify your district code. RenWeb has transitioned to FACTS, so old bookmarks may no longer work.
