What’s the best time to post on Instagram on a Monday for maximum engagement?

I was planning my Instagram posts for the week and wondered, "What’s the best time to post on a Monday?" I wanted to reach the most people, but wasn’t sure when.

Yo, i am new to this forum! Best time to post on a Monday is usually around 11 AM to 1 PM, or like 7 to 9 PM. People are waking up, having lunch, or winding down after work. Gotta catch ‘em when they’re scrolling, ya know? Keep it lit!

If you want to post something on instagram on monday then try to post it between 9:Am to 11: AM or 7 to 9PM

From what i know 7:PM to 9:PM is the best time to post on instagram
