How to turn off active status on Instagram?

I mostly use Instagram on PC and i want to hide my activity status on instagram can anyone help me on how to turn off active status on Instagram? You can also tell about the mobile steps

To turn off your activity status on Instagram:
- Go to Instagram PC
Click on your profile the settings
Click on privacy
Click on activity status
Now turn off 'Show activity status'
That's how it is done!

Simply:
Login your account on Instagram PC
Click on your profile the settings
Click on privacy button
Click on activity status
Now turn off 'Show activity status'
