what is vanish mode on instagram and how to turn it off?

I accidently turned on vanish mode on instagram and i dont know what it is and how to turn it off can anyone help?

Hi Vanish mode is a feature in which your chats will get deleted after you read them as soon as you close the conversation. To turn if off:
- Open the conversation
- Scroll up and you will see 'Turn Off Vanish Mode' option
- Confirm it and vanish mode will get disabled
