what is vanish mode on instagram and how to turn it off?

I accidently turned on vanish mode on instagram and i dont know what it is and how to turn it off can anyone help?

- Open the conversation
- Scroll up and you will see 'Turn Off Vanish Mode' option
- Confirm it and vanish mode will get disabled
